If you have a maintenance issue and it is not an emergency, the best way to let us know is to email us

In the subject line, summarise your maintenance request and include your property address, this will ensure prompt processing of your email.

Attaching clear photos for reference will also help (if practical).
(Ensure you turn off 'live' photos if using your iPhone as they are mini-videos and can not be opened on our end)
